The Stratex Story.
Stratex was created with a heartfelt mission: to build a sustainable future for NDIS providers and ensure lasting support for the most vulnerable in our community. Too often, providers face overwhelming challenges like low margins and burnout, making it hard to deliver the quality care participants deserve. Our founder, Parth, has lived this struggle. Driven by the belief in "leaving the world a better place," he launched Excellent Carers & Therapy Excellence.
The business provided life-changing services—Supported Independent Living, Allied Health, In-Home Services, and Community Participation—to hundreds of NDIS participants. Along the way, Parth developed deep insights into the unique challenges faced by providers. After successfully growing Excellent Carers, he turned his focus to helping others.
Stratex exists to empower NDIS providers with tailored technology, infrastructure, strategies, and execution plans so they can thrive—and focus on transforming lives with the care and compassion their participants need most.
