Our Story
Stratex wasn't created by consultants — it was created by a provider who's walked the path.
Our founder, Perth, launched and grew two successful NDIS operations from the ground up. These businesses delivered Supported Independent Living, Allied Health, In-Home Support, and Community Participation to hundreds of participants.
But behind the scenes, he faced what many providers still do:
Thin margins, compliance overload, constant firefighting, and team fatigue.
Stratex emerged from this experience as a complete support ecosystem: A combination of technology, shared services, and strategy, purpose-built for the real-world pressures of NDIS operations.
